SKD-S2 is a bright white, non-aqueous developer that creates high-contrast indications for reliable penetrant testing. Compatible with special alloys, non-halogenated, and suitable for Type 1 & 2 penetrants, it dries quickly, speeds inspection, meets ISO 3452, and is QPL SAE AMS 2644 approved by major aerospace primes.
SKL-SP1 is a solvent-removable visible red dye penetrant for Type 2 testing in white light. Designed for maintenance, control checks, and weld inspection, it provides consistent surface coverage, clear high-contrast indications, and reliable flaw detection through a simple three-step NDT process on ferrous, non-ferrous, and non-porous materials.
SKL-SP2 is a solvent-removable visible red dye penetrant for basic industrial NDT. It detects surface-breaking defects with a simple three-step process, producing clear red indications. Suitable for welds, castings, forgings, pressure vessels, and leak testing, it is QPL-AMS-2644 approved (Type 2, Methods B, C & D).
SKL-WP2 is a water-washable visible dye penetrant designed for large or rough surfaces where excess penetrant is hard to remove. It rinses off easily, leaving low background for clear indications, reduces water usage, suits high-volume inspections, and is QPL SAE AMS 2644 approved.
SKC-I is an NDT-approved solvent cleaner/remover used for pre-cleaning surfaces and removing excess penetrant before developer application in liquid penetrant testing. It effectively removes oils and greases, dries quickly without residue, is alloy-compatible, and is available in bulk or aerosol form.
